December 18th, '07 Yesterday in the news I heard that the Palestinian Authority (or at least the mall sliver of it near Ramallah that can be trusted, on frequent occasions, to claim loyalty to Fatah strongman Mahmud Abbas) is to be the recipient of six billion dollars - or was it seven? - in foreign aid. Pardon me if I skip the celebrations (I wasn't invited anyway.).
